I have been a loyal client of Rad Nails for over two years, which makes writing this review especially disappointing. From the moment I arrived to my appointment on July 22, 2026, my experience was unacceptable. The owner and my nail technician, Zuzu, kept me waiting more than 15 minutes before even coming out from the back to greet me. During my Russian manicure, she was extremely rough. Got the best true Russian manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten
Oksana did a great job with my Russian mani & pedi. She is attentive and made adjustments to make sure I was not in pain. I liked that there's no music playing or anything overstimulating there. I was able to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.
The best pedicure!! I serve and bartend, standing for upwards of 10 hours a day, on my big toes I often have really dry skin and just dry skin in general on my feet that i have never had taken care of as well as they took care of it. They have the best tools i've seen in my 20yrs of getting my nails done. They have a meticulous process for prepping the nail and I am really blown away at the professionalism and knowledge of healthy nail care that they displayed.
