As we are getting closer to moving I just wanted to advise that our rental will more than likely be listed to rent. I wanted to inform anyone who is looking in Tullytown to NOT rent from DDH Fund LP, RAD Diversified and Michael Kurkowski. Will not pay me my money. They are giving me the runaround.
Based on their website and looking at these names, seems like all 5 star reviews are from CURRENT employees. I see various previous employees looking to sue for non payment of work. As a business owner myself, I provided expedited notary services back in February and didn’t get payment until end of April. The only reason I received my payment was because I emailed repeatedly and threatened with over $200 of late fees.
