I would give them a 0 star rating if possible. I took my truck in to have the A/C repaired. It took them almost 3 full weeks when I was told it would be 3 days. When I picked it up, the bill was twice as much as the oringal quote. They did call to tell me they would need another part (was about $200 for the part) --shame on me for not asking how much more as the bill went from ~$1300 to $2200! I had a bad experience with another shop at the end of last year. I won't go into all the ugly details, but they basically tried to sell me on something that was not a safety issue, and the thing that was a big safety issue, they didn't even tell me about (because they would have had to make a few phone calls to find the part). Dino identified the problem, found the part (for my 20 year old car) and put me back on the road again. He even came to get the car, and dropped it off at the end of the day. That's service !
I own a 2007 Toyota Rava 4 with 235000 miles on it ,it is all Thanks to Dino and his team.Dino looks over my car and tells me what it needs now and what can wait,he is as honest as there is.I wouldn’t take mine or my wife’s car anywhere else.My kids finally started to listen to me as I have told them don’t take your car anywhere else .Not only is Dino a great manager of his business but he is also a great person,don’t make the mistake of going someplace else
I want to thank Dino and Norm at Rad air for fixing my wife's Nissan Murano the a/c lines were freezing up when we used the highway but worked fine during city driving. Rad air diagnosed the problem and repaired it . We are very pleased with the work and the price was reasonable. I will be recommending them to my friends.
