the big lady in the front smells bad and repainting the apartment was a terrible idea looks bad aside from this it's alright

My Wife gave it a 5 star already but I also want to give it a 5 star I’m glad to call this place our home this apartment complex is like no other very nice Staff a friendly place to live looking forward to another great year here.
I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My husband and I have had a great experience here. Our apartment is nice, everyone here is nice, and everything gets fixed pretty quickly. The apartments are reasonably priced, I have seen apartments around the area that are not as nice for more than we are paying here. I don’t have anything bad to say, I am very happy being here
Air conditioner went out for over 2 weeks during a heat wave, following numerous supposed repairs that didn't go anywhere. We were given 2 portable AC units, and immediately asked to return the only one of the two that worked properly so they could use it in another room. Towers hot air now vents into our unit, and all but one room hover around 86°F. Buildings falling apart, and everyone we talk to acts like their hands are tied. New paint outside looks fine though. Place is limping, try anywhere else.
