I purchased a Thule Sportrack off Marketplace for 10. which came with no key. I was able to find the key number on the cylinder and ordered a replacement key from Racks after my local locksmith wasn't able to help me. I had it within one week and it works perfectly. Excellent service and product! Thanks

Bought a set of roof racks from here. Ended up buying a different vehicle than originally planned so I tried to return them. They were “outside of the return period” of 14 days so they wouldn’t accept them even though the box was never opened or damaged in any way. Won’t be doing business with these guys again!
