Me and my family frequent Racks and spend lots of money on Crawfish. We have never had any problems. Today we purchased 11 pounds of crawfish ( $82.00) and 4 out of the 11 pounds were over cooked and virtually impossible to eat and enjoy. When we called to talk to someone we got Candy, who was not only rude but unapologetic and delivered poor customer service. Racks Bar & Grill has great food, friendly service and plenty of tv's to watch your favorite sports team. Menu and drink prices are reasonable and they make you feel like family.
the manager Christina was very rude and I will only come here when she is not working..
