Rackers bar and billiards is the most unprofessional dive of an establishment I have ever stepped foot in. I gave scott my debit card to pay for my drinks, he walks to the opposite end of the bar, for all of 2 minutes, dilly-dallys, takes a shot, returns and asks me how I was going to pay for my drinks. When I make a fuss of him losing my debit card, he rummaged through the garbage can, looks around the bar, and asks fellow bar patrons if he accidentally gave them my brand new Bank Of America debit card.
