Easy in and out every time. Packages all shrink wrapped perfectly neat. When I come during my scheduled appointment, it’s quick and painless. Candito makes it simple and he’s really what makes this place special imo. These guys treat their drivers so well. Bathrooms for truckers, a place to relax. From office management to warehouse employees- everyone I met, I was greeted with a smile and treated like a human being. As an LTL driver without an assigned route, I wish I had this pickup daily. Love coming there.

Good product, horrible support. They are the Comcast of their industry. I chatted with someone who "worked" with me to design the right rack for a client. I placed an order based on their recommendation but when I got the parts, the rack was WAY too tall. I tried to contact them by phone, but after 45+ minutes of listening to "your call is now first in line and will be answered by the next available..." I gave up.
