I have limited clearance to the garage and Jud was great about helping me identify a couple of cargo boxes that would work with that clearance. Even more, he was very patient when I changed my mind a couple of times before finalizing the special order. Before and after the purchase, he did a great job of explaining the features of each box. I couldn't be happier about the purchase and Jud's help.
Excellent customer service! The only store between Medford and Bend to have an install kit I needed for my Yakima ski rack. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also provided helpful tips and had replacement parts when I ran into a self-install issue. Highly recommend!
My wife and I stopped by the shop, was greeted right away. From that moment the service was amazing. The staff showed us different cargo box’s after asking us what we were looking for. We ended up buying the Thule motion xl and couldn’t be happier. They had it installed in no time and we were on our way. Can’t thank them enough. Shop is definitely a 5 star but the staff is an even more amazing. We will be back
Read a million reviews of various bike racks online and still wasn't sure what was right for me. Jud explained everything and got us set up with the right rack. He showed us how to install it and get our bikes set up on it correctly. It was the perfect guidance and we went right home, loaded our bikes, and went out on the trails.
