Rack-N-Roll really helped me to obtain a two bike extension to my older Yakema bike rack. They told me that the accessory that I needed was on sale, if I purchased it directly from the manufacturer. I will definitely contact them again if I ever need any bike rack accessories!!
These guys are the best!! My funky old car made for some challenges but they stuck with me through thick and thin, worked the problem, and made sure I always had solutions even at their own expense. Major respect and appreciation 🫡

Excellent customer service! The only store between Medford and Bend to have an install kit I needed for my Yakima ski rack. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also provided helpful tips and had replacement parts when I ran into a self-install issue. Highly recommend!
I have limited clearance to the garage and Jud was great about helping me identify a couple of cargo boxes that would work with that clearance. Even more, he was very patient when I changed my mind a couple of times before finalizing the special order. Before and after the purchase, he did a great job of explaining the features of each box. I couldn't be happier about the purchase and Jud's help.
