Read a million reviews of various bike racks online and still wasn't sure what was right for me. Jud explained everything and got us set up with the right rack. He showed us how to install it and get our bikes set up on it correctly. It was the perfect guidance and we went right home, loaded our bikes, and went out on the trails. The Rack-N-Roll team is awesome! They made installing my cargo box and crossbars super easy and I’m very happy with their service. Highly recommend!!
The two staff who helped me here were awesome and super friendly. They were immediately helpful in figuring out if what I wanted would even fit in my car, and then immediately started getting everything adjusted to allow it to be installed. I was in and out in like 15 minutes.
I was missing parts for my rack, and these guys had exactly what I needed! Great service and nice people!
