They sell all major brands (thule, yakima, etc) and if there's not a stock rack for your vehicle, they'll figure out a way to make one work well. Sadly, came away empty handed Not impressed at all. Went the other day and wanted to buy local, looking to spend $800 or so, which in my mind warrants some good service. We were told that they were out of one component, otherwise would be happy to sell/install a rack for us. We went to REI and bought the 'one' component, and went back to Rack N Road to buy the rest and schedule an installation appointment. BUT they were out of another component as well. We asked when they thought it would arrive and they said "maybe tomorrow... read more
Great Service I recently went to Rack N Road to look into getting a cargo carrier for my car. I didn't know anything about them and everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly, helping me find one that would meet my needs! I didn't feel pressured to get anything I didn't want, and they even helped me save some money with some used parts they had. The installation was quick and it looks great!
