I talked with several people in the area who had racks installed on their car - they all pointed me to Rack N Road or could vouch they knew someone who had a good experience with Rack N Road. The worst customer srevice I've ever experienced in my life! I ordered a hitch over the phone and was told it would take 1-2 days. On the 6th day, I called to check to see when it was coming in and the owner proceded to jump down my throat about calling too much (what??!!). As I tried to voice my concerns, he (the owner!!) would not let me finish anything I wanted to say. He just kept giving me excuses as he became shorter and shorter with me.
