Nice rack! – i visited them about 10 years ago over in the Criossroads area. I was working at Microsoft and heard about them through Prime. I was a little disaapointed when they did not have the box i was hoping for. It surprised me that they let me borrow a bigger box until mine came in. They installed it. See them for all your gear carrying needs. – I've owned lots of different transport systems and accessories over the years. They have never steered me wrong. They know what works and is reliable. When I needed a replacement key and part they were willing and able to take the search on and do it with all the energy they would if they were selling a high $ system.
They had what I was looking for – I called every snow board shop around town looking. No one had the one I wanted that I saw on the Internet. One of my friends said call these guys. They were the only ones that had it in stock. When I went there and told them I found it cheaper (but the place had to order it. I didn't tell them that) He said he would match the price. VERY NICE... Come on Snow.
Great service and products – Needed a new kayak carrier for my Subaru Outback and couldn't get good advice on what equipment I needed. Horrible Customer Service – I ordered an item over the phone from them on a Friday and was told it would take 1-2 days. I called to check to see when it was coming in and was told that it wasn't ordered til Monday. When I called back to speak to the manager/owner, John proceded to jump down my throat about calling too much (??). He said that he was just sooo busy.
