They had what I was looking for – I called every snow board shop around town looking. No one had the one I wanted that I saw on the Internet. One of my friends said call these guys. They were the only ones that had it in stock. When I went there and told them I found it cheaper (but the place had to order it. I didn't tell them that) He said he would match the price. VERY NICE... Come on Snow.

Horrible Customer Service – I ordered an item over the phone from them on a Friday and was told it would take 1-2 days. I called to check to see when it was coming in and was told that it wasn't ordered til Monday. When I called back to speak to the manager/owner, John proceded to jump down my throat about calling too much (??). He said that he was just sooo busy.
