Came in here randomly, picked a roof box, had it installed. The man that helped was courteous and quick (he is part owner with some other dudes in his family). Fair pricing as well. So much better than buying some crapola from Amazon. Thank you Rack-It.
This place is SUPER helpful! I called about getting some replacement keys for our rack. The guy I spoke with on the phone looked up the specific key I needed on his computer. He then said that before I made the trip there, he wanted to check to make sure the keys were actually in stock - which they were. This was awesome news because we didn't have the delay of waiting on getting the keys from the manufacturer. When we picked them up, the customer service was excellent!

Alex and Brian is awesome. I brought in my Japanese KEI van and he found extenders for my odd shaped car to make the racks fit. He has also helped me with my VW vanagon getting the racks replaced. Totally rusted and was able to cut off old racks and replace with fresh one. Quick too. I had to get my friend from the airport and he got me set up in less than 30 minutes easy. Will refer to friends and I’ll come back if I need.
