These guys were awesome!! Transparent, efficient and performed high quality work when installing my Yakima roof rack and rooftop tent. Hopefully having them install my canopy soon!!

Came in here randomly, picked a roof box, had it installed. The man that helped was courteous and quick (he is part owner with some other dudes in his family). Fair pricing as well. So much better than buying some crapola from Amazon. Thank you Rack-It.
This place is SUPER helpful! I called about getting some replacement keys for our rack. The guy I spoke with on the phone looked up the specific key I needed on his computer. He then said that before I made the trip there, he wanted to check to make sure the keys were actually in stock - which they were. This was awesome news because we didn't have the delay of waiting on getting the keys from the manufacturer. When we picked them up, the customer service was excellent!
