I have been to Rack & Go on multiple occasions and have always been impressed by the high quality of service that I received. The staff is always both friendly and professional and has been extremely attentive to my needs each time I've worked with them. I have recommended Rack & Go to several friends of mine and they too have been very pleased with the service. I'm looking forward to another visit before I embark on my summer vacation!
Rack & GO is great! This past summer my family and I were going on a road trip and we did not have any idea how we were going to get everyone and everything up to the Cape. The staff at Rack & GO explained all of my options to me and then installed the rack and cargo box on my car while I waited! They even offered to take me to the mall so I would not have to sit and wait in the store while they worked. I would definitely recommend these guys... They know their stuff, have everything right there and know how to get it on you... read more
