Easy to work with and got me pricing and availability quick. Installed 3 days later and I am pleased with their used rack quality. Will come again when ready to expand.

Had no idea it was hard to find a reputable company in the used rack industry. I called so many places in the Los Angeles area and all were so shady. Dealt with Emily H at Rack Depot and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with how to layout the racks in my space. I don't get why the bad reviews on her. Great service. Hired them to do the engineering and permitting on my existing racks for the city of Compton. (Talk to Fernando, he knows about staying compliant with racks)
The rack depot was amazing. I called around to a few other companies and I had to call multiple times just to get a quote. Emily and the entire crew were amazing I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I received my quote quick and didn’t have to beg them like the other guys. The crew showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job. Great experience all around.
