I recently purchased a Thule EPOS 3 bike rack and had a hitch installed at Rack Attack. The team was very helpful, responsive and efficient, from beginning to end. I will definitely return for future purchases and service! The EPOS 3 is totally worth it for ease of installation on the hitch and quickly securing bikes on the rack.

I’m very disappointed with their customer service I ordered a Kuat hitch lock for in-store pickup. The original ETA was about two weeks, but I ended up waiting around a month. I was understanding about the delay because the staff explained that the item was coming from the Kuat warehouse. Since I live far from the store, I asked a friend who works nearby to pick it up for me. The staff at RackAttack Vaughn were helpful right from the initial contact. They knew our car and the required rack product and parts needed to outfit it for our canoe/kayaks. The order was packed up that day and arrived sooner than I had ever expected. It was in perfect shape upon arrival.
