Ordered a KUAT NV 2.0 on may 16, was told 1-2 weeks before arrival which would have worked with my trip. They didn’t order it until I asked 3 days before my trip. Therefore my trip is ruined and had to get a refund. Maybe just my experience, but I was let down.
I don’t usually leave reviews here, but I had to leave one for this kind gentleman named Omar. He was super kind and helpful in getting my cargo box and racks removed today. I didn’t have an appointment, yet he still went out of his way and worked through the rain to help me get everything removed while explaining the mechanism to me, despite how busy he looked. Excellent customer service from Rack Attack. Thanks again Omar!
The lock fell out of my Thule roofbox! It’s kinda urgent because I need to go somewhere soon. Some young blonde dude explained to me what’s broken and helped me fixed it quickly. Saved me big headache really appreciate it. They only charged me for the cylinder and gave me an extra key too.
Some fantastic customer service from Rack Attack Vancouver. I had misplaced the keys for my Yakima Skyline rack towers and didn't know my SKS (Same Key System) code to get new ones. I found an old (May 2015!!) blog post that explained the steps to take. One of those steps was to find a dealer with a master key set - and as far as I can tell, Rack Attack is the only dealer that's got one.
