Needed 8 small bolts for my Hulevator Kayak Racks ($3500.00 worth). Lost during garage cleanup. They would have been $80.00 if they were ordered (yes $80.00), but the staff had kept some from old parts they removed from cars. They gave them to me for free. They did me a solid and saved me a bunch of money. Great service and incredibly nice staff that go the extra mile for their customers. I will choose to spend my money with them going forward.
Amazing service! I stopped by to get some help removing a heavy bike rack, and Omar was incredibly kind, helpful and had it off for me in no time. Really appreciated him going out of his way to help me. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff that were very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I needed and ordered it within a few minutes for me. Overall, great service and very knowledgeable.
Great staff and very helpful. I have bought all my racks here and I keep coming back because they make it easy to with good service. Most recently, I had a warranty issue with a box and they were able to help me get a better deal when the manufacturer came back with a low replacement offer. They stuck with me and got me an awesome replacement just in time for my road trip. We're super happy and glad for the service!
