Helpful service for car accessories. I should note that they've had accessories in stock that I really needed and came through with sourcing accessories from other stores. In response to the reply below: Can you help me find source wheel trays for my SARIS EX2. It seems like more and more bridges on 400-Series highways have unexplained bumps and dips, and the wheel trays are breaking.
I bought a bike rack 4+ years ago and after much use, came in with a few minor things to take care of with respect to the straps. Jesin was super accommodating and really took care of me, making the minor repairs on the spot. I appreciate the service and the sales team at this store.
