Great customer service and easy install
Quick, helpful service and honest advice on pros and cons. Came back the next day to make sure we'd installed the rack we bought properly, and again got immediate help (and they spotted something we'd gotten wrong and pointed out how to fix it.

I've been a customer since 2018 when I bought a Thule Aeroblade Edge roof rack and Motion XT cargo box. Both are still going and working perfectly. I also got a Yakimana Swing Daddy bikerack. A locking pin snapped on it in 2024 so they replaced the entire arm assembly. It's this reliability that brought me back today to have another Thule roofack system installed on my new car. Great company, great service.
Very helpful service. Original sales of a Thule roof bin and saris bike rack was great. Staff have been quick to find replacement parts for my roof bin or bike rack as I have needed.
