Awful service. Worst I’ve ever experienced. They also have a monopoly on products. Tried to order parts from another retailer and was told only rack attack is authorized to sell. They shouldn’t be in business.
I was looking for a special tool for my Yakima ski rack. Justin was super helpful in helping me locate one - and at a good price. Great service.
Tate and Daniel were knowledgeable, thorough and incredibly helpful. Last year they installed my rack system and provided a great tutorial. They are very committed to safety and ensuring your equipment is in proper working order. They offered to help me dissemble the equipment in the offseason and were true to their word. I would wholeheartedly recommend you get your rack here!
