After trying to find a part for my bike rack at multiple bike shops in Orange County I finally found it at Rack Attack. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and found the part (a particular strap for a Thule hitch rack) immediately. I now know to go to Rack Attack first for any parts for my bike rack.
We got a bike rack for our e-bikes here. Given we spent a lot of money on the bikes we wanted to make sure the rack could handle the weight and be secure. Gavin at the Rack Attack was amazing! Super knowledgeable, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable with our selection. He even helped us put it on and walked us through the setup. 10/10 would recommend!
Great customer service! Dropped by to pick up my online order (rooftop box) not realizing it may be too large to fit on my van. The guys installed it pretty quick and walked me thru all the features and some tips.
Recently ordered a trailer hitch and wiring for my Subaru and the process was simple and straight forward. What really set things above the rest was the customer service received upon pick up. Went in with my son in the stroller and with zero hesitation, the Rack Attack Team carried the hitch to my car and loaded it for me. I haven’t experienced that type of customer service in a retail storefront in years - kudos to you guys and thank you for taking the extra step!
