Recently bought a roof top tent and a roof rack and the experience was very smooth. No haggle pricing, the guy (David) patiently addressed my questions, no push to sell. The staff seemed hardly eager to help, much less sell me anything despite what all the reviews seem to indicate. While my intention was to purchase from here, I took my business to REI. The displays are nice, I guess.
