I was on vacation with my family and forgot the keys to my Thule roof box. Came in at the very end of the day and they stopped closing up to help me. Really nice people. Can’t say enough good things. They really got me out of a jam. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks guys!
Visited Rack Attack San Diego to see what rooftop cargo box options they carried with a low profile and worked with Heva to get the perfect cargo box for our vehicle and needs. Heva was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and provided customer service that went above and beyond. The one we decided would be best for us was in stock and, as a bonus, we were able to get it during the 20% off Memorial Day Sale. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
These guys have great business practices. I was having problems with my two-year-old retrax system on my Raptor and after making an appointment on the phone I showed up an hour early with no expectations of being seen right away and was immediately seen. My problem was about a 15-minute fix and I left with no charge. I highly recommend this team.
We visited on a Saturday, looking for a hitch mount rack for an F-150. Heva was a great help, taking us through each rack we were interested in, and helping us test them on a bike we had brought with us. Then he helped us test fit a couple of racks onto the truck in the parking lot. This was way above and beyond!
