Excellent service. I received great advice over the phone and made my purchase quickly and easily over the phone. I ran into difficulties installing the rack myself and stopped by for help and they were very helpful and installed it for me as well as showed me how to use it. Would absolutely recommend people buy their roof rack/bike rack etc from Rack Attack!
Great customer service and knowledge. Staff helped trial fit a thule motion 3 xl on my vehicle. I measured for an xxl but the way the hatch opens and the closed lid of the cargo box did not permit the xxl.

I love that I could call up and they had my rack in stock. I also love that they have so many brands so I can compare which will work best for my application. Great service, fair prices. I don’t even bother to look if you can get racks elsewhere (I have bought a few).
