Wow! William from Rack Attack ATL was INCREDIBLY helpful. He helped rekey my Yakima swing base, cargo box, cargo basket along with my Thule lockable ratchet straps. He was kind, efficient and did a fantastic job completing the task with me while juggling ringing phones and other in-store customers. This review is long overdue. Great service and support. Worked with William and he was so helpful and patient in trying to help me get exactly what I needed for my Ford Bronco. Ended up getting the iKamper X-Cover 3.0 tent and several accessories that perfectly suited my needs. William kept me updated on the delivery dates and was very fast with the install.
