I will never recommended this restaurant to anyone. We have been coming here for years, last year service was awful. This year we tried again and 3 servers and a hostess were extremely rude and pretty much told us finding a table was our problem and then refused to help. Telling us they didn't need our business was over the line. There are to many other restaurants with a beautiful view and great food. North Turns food is very average, not that great.
Incredibly POOR customer service!!! Went with a group of 9 people and received NO help with seating! Told just try to find a spot. Tables that could accommodate large groups had two people sitting at them. Staff was very rude and and uncaring. Will not be returning after the rude treatment we received!!!
Met friends Anna Maria and Ralph for drinks and dinner this evening. Ordered from the Noth Turns Starter Menu and shared the pizza, bacon wrapped scallops, calamari, and the shrimp. Everything was yummy! Always the best service from our favourite bar tender Ernie! Always beautiful views of the Atlantic! Such a beautiful evening!
They just lost a customer today with an over bearing manager. He literally went to every person who came outside and discouraged anyone from sitting out on the deck. He even took our umbrella because it "might" blow over. Hate to tell you, but it's Florida, and we expect the sea breeze - it wasn't even that windy. His approach was abrasive and unprofessional.
I have been coming to Daytona Beach to visit friends for years and drove by so many times and never stopped. Always seemed to be to busy. Now I live here and finally made it. Definitely worth the wait. All three people in my party lived their food and being on the beach...well can't beat it. I'll be back definitely.
