Three hours away from home went out to the car at the hotel I was staying at and the catalytic converter had been cut off. These people got me in and fixed in under an hour and the price was very right. Thank you!
Brought my car for maintenance and a lot of basic services were not completed. Wiper fluid was still empty when I got my car back (though I didn’t notice until later), and my tire pressure warning light was still on. They told me they couldn’t reset the tire pressure warning because they didn’t have the programmer (which as a car repair shop, they should probably have). I had two valve cover gaskets replaced at this shop about two years ago, which was not an inexpensive repair. Recently, I began experiencing oil leaks from the same gaskets again, so I brought the vehicle back to have them inspect it. After looking at it, they told me the gaskets would need to be replaced again and quoted me the full repair cost.
