I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Stimage and her incredible team. I came to her care at 24 weeks pregnant, as a high-risk patient at the age of 39. I have been seeing Dr. Stimage for years, however in the last couple of months things took a turn for the worse. She, in the beginning was very good about being prompt and responsive to any concerns or questions I may have had to now having her incompetent staff call me, but can’t answer any questions that I have, only to say she’s in delivery and never follow back up or respond to my calls or even my emails. Initial encounter with Dr. Stimage and office staff was excellent. Very responsive to patient needs, only concern is the response from the Healow patient portal is slow. Dr. Stimage takes time and explain in detail and discuss with the patient the treatment plan well.
I was terminated as a patient because I asked for a copy of my medical records to be sent to another provider. How is this even legal??? I am high risk and have had multiple miscarriages so I seek second opinions on everything. Because they terminated my care I am without a doctor until they receive the medical record copies I requested and Dr. Stimage office told me they have 15 days to send it. SERIOUSLY!!!! I should have listened to all the other negative reviews and went somewhere else to begin with. Silly me.
