I was scolded by a staff member, merely for taking a quick bathroom break without making a purchase. I am a public servant who works outside, and was clearly in uniform. I rely on public bathrooms for my job, and I can't make a purchase every single time I need to go. If it's store policy for only customers to use the bathroom then there should be a sign (there wasn't one). Online orders don't work half the time. Had orders go through and be charged and show up to pick up and told they have no ticket for order. Staff was unable to even provide me a refund. Half the links are broken in FAQ on how to contact for help.

Yikes these places have gone down hill big time. Went to the one on Delaware past sheridan tonight and the chicken was so dry and overcooked and hard to eat I pulled in because I actually saw a place callled naantastic next door and was interested in trying it but it didn’t open yet so I came to Rachel’s instead I’ve been so disappointed with my experience at many of there’s stores over the last few years the younger guy behind the counter was barely able to be heard and seemed bothered to take care of me and extremely annoy... read more
