We recently just got food from Rachel‘s Mediterranean, and there were actual rocks in the chicken Shawarma we would like a refund
Communication breakdown, was told, you should have ordered online, we left this location and went to another Rachel's, obviously it was the end of the night, sides were okay, meat was completely dried out, pita was disgraceful, no real care or concern shown on our visit for quality or customer service. We will not be returning.
Dominic (worker) had the best energy ever, made sure i downloaded the app to save on rewards and almost fully remembered my orders from the past. he greets everyone when they walk in the door and makes it a much greater eating experience.
