Joe at Rachel’s was great… very personable, great customer service and very informative about the new orange cake and new buffalo chicken… I ended up buying the new buffalo chicken and orange cake. Will be back soon…
This place has some of the best bowls in the area! The food is always fresh, high-quality, and delicious. The customer service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who make every visit enjoyable. The dining area is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to sit and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!
Food, atmosphere, and service was fantastic, Joe was very kind and helpful. Some of the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in Amherst NY.
