Rachelle goes above and beyond with regards to all parts of the process. In particular attention to details and investigating questions and issues before we even asked. Like future zoning questions, finding contractors, etc. We've been involved in several home purchases on both as buyers and sellers and therefore have dealt with many in real estate. Rachelle is the only one still active that I would recommend without reservations.
