Girls in the office are very kind and nice. Rachael does nothing. Very bad experience.
I’ve never felt so unheard by anyone ever. I don’t understand how this lady goes home at night and feels accomplished in her field of work. She was beyond rude and judgmental my entire appointment, and offered zero help or referrals. Normally I would think maybe she’s just having a bad day but based on the other reviews, she just doesn’t care about patients.
Rachelle D’Angelo is judgmental and smug. The type of practitioner that causes many to avoid healthcare and suffer longer than necessary. The type that practices medicine to feed their insatiable ego instead of their patient’s well-being. I’ve had many empathetic and respectable doctors and nurses at Marshall over the past 20+ years. Rachelle D’Angelo isn’t one of them. She’s the worst type of practitioner. Judgmental and smug.
Doesn’t seem to know what she is doing or even seem to care. It’s a theme at Marshall. Lack of education and empathy for patients.
The absolute best NP at Marshall! Rachel listens to her patients concerns with compassion and knowledge. She is caring and easy to talk to. After just a few minutes into our first appointment, I knew I had finally found my doctor! I look forward to my appointments with her. Thank you Rachelle for your spectacular care!
