My previous Dr. was not available for a sick visit. I went to Dr. Rachel Yi as she was in the same network. I did not get along with my old Doctor. Dr. Yi has amazing bedside manor with my young children, and made me feel comfortable with the way she listens and pays attention to my family's needs. I immediately asked if she had openings so I could switch to her permanently. every visit since has been nothing short of comforting and perfect.
