Dr. Rachel Wood was wonderful. She was very kind, thorough, and easy to talk to, and I felt like she truly listened to me and cared about what I had to say. One thing that really stood out to me was that even during an insurance and billing issue, the care I received from her never changed. Dr. Woods is a very easy person to talk too let alone go out of her way to assist.
Dr. Woods was amazing, she was able to see us within 24hrs when it took me almost 6 months in another place to get my daughter scheduled, assess and wait for testing. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate on what she does. She acknowledge actually the child and reassures them when asking questions. My daughter really liked Dr. Woods! We also didn’t have to do brain scans to get an ADHD evaluation, most places I would call they required a brain scan, which by the way most insurance don’t cover! Rachel is amazing with my daughter. She is patient and understanding and makes my daughter who has anxiety feel very comfortable with her and she is comfortable with opening up and talking. She has been a huge help and I am so thankful we found her.
