Dr. Woods was amazing, she was able to see us within 24hrs when it took me almost 6 months in another place to get my daughter scheduled, assess and wait for testing. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate on what she does. She acknowledge actually the child and reassures them when asking questions. My daughter really liked Dr. Woods! We also didn’t have to do brain scans to get an ADHD evaluation, most places I would call they required a brain scan, which by the way most insurance don’t cover! Rachel is amazing with my daughter. She is patient and understanding and makes my daughter who has anxiety feel very comfortable with her and she is comfortable with opening up and talking. She has been a huge help and I am so thankful we found her.
Dr. Wood is my daughter's psychiatrist. She always makes us both feel welcome at every appointment we have with her. She explains things in a way that we both can understand, and she just has this overall welcoming attitude/vibe about her. I am so glad we found her. I would definitely recommend her to my close friends.
