We cancelled our policy 03/19. Turns out they’ve been charging us for TWO home owners policies since March. It’s now almost June. The lady over the phone refused to refund me for those months UNLESS I had proof. Which I do I provided those call logs same day and have yet to hear back. We were loyal customers and I’ve never felt so taken advantage of. They can be very prompt and responsive when getting your policy and taking your money, miraculous how no one can reply when THEY OWE YOU almost 4,000$. I will give it another 24... read more
