I can't express enough gratitude and positive words for how much Rachel has helped me over the past year and a half of seeing her. She is the first therapist I've ever seen, after years of being on the fence of even starting the process, so I didn't know what to expect. My experience with Rachel has been infinitely more than just a person to talk to. I have seen different providers, some good and some bad, and none have made as much of a difference in my life as she has. I have been attending therapy off and on for nearly ten years. I have had many experiences with different counselors but Rachel has been the only one who has helped me in the way I needed.
