Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor! Talked down to me as if I were a child. Didn't smile once!
I can't say enough about Dr. Talley-Bruns! She is a fantastic surgeon!! My son had ACL surgery (due to a football injury) in April of 2023 and a year later he is running in 5 & 10K's and placing in the top 3 for his age group (he's 22). She was informative before and after the surgery, has a great bedside manner, and truly cares about her patients. One star is too high for this doctor. My last appointment was my wife’s first time coming with me and I must say my wife had a very sour taste in her mouth with the way the doctor treated me during my appointment.She was more concerned about me traveling back and forth from out of state for treatment. Also gave totally false information about WC guidelines regarding being treated from out of state. She will not do right by her patients . I understand why whenever I came to my appointment the office was always empty.
I had a skiing accident early this year in February, I didn’t get the help that I should have and my injury worse to the point I couldn’t walk at all. I went to see a doctor and they recommended me to Dr. Rachel Talley-Bruns, she specializes in sports medicine so I assume due to how I got my injury that made sense. Since I have met her everything has gone incredibly well. I got an MRI (which took a while, no fault to her) done and met her about it within the same week, on a Tuesday.
