She is very nice listens attentively very knowledgeable and every empathetic. If I could choose an orthopedic Dr for forever it would be Rachael.

She has a way to convey information that doesn’t make you feel lesser than or dumb! Dr West is a great surgeon but he has support staff that closes the loop in the care circle. THANKS Rachel and Dr West for all you do, y’all are lucky to have Rachel (we loved Katie too!…. Fyi, miss her)
