There is a reason why this lady consistently gets 5 star reviews and you would definitively have to get that experience yourself. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, precise, accomodating, easy to relate your hair desires. There isn't enough words to explain how truly appreciative I am... A few months ago I went to my usual hair stylist for a cut and highlights, and completely botched it. I was told by other stylists that it couldn't be fixed because it was too damaged by the bleach. Clearly they didn't know what they were talking about. I went into Rachel's salon with hope, and she definitely delivered, above and beyond. She is truly a master at her craft.
