Open sign on and "walk in's welcome" but the door is locked and no answer. Very disapointing.

I have been going to Rachel's since I moved to Erie in 2014 and she cuts and colors my hair beautifully every time. This includes when my hair was longer, and now that it is short, too! People stop me and ask about my hair, and I have highly recommended her so much that both my sister and mom have been driving from outside Erie to see Rachel the last few years, too. She is seriously skilled!

I had a haircut appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM that I booked nearly two months ago and received a text confirmation for. When I arrived, there was an "Open" sign displayed on the door, but the door was locked. I called both the phone number listed on the website and the location's phone number multiple times and received no answer. Long overdue, but Rachel is wonderful, I love going to her for cuts/color, as does my son (the doughnuts on Sat mornings will get him out of bed every time - thank you!). Not only will she take the time to listen to you and explain what may work (and equally important what might not), but she knows how to cut hair and can do it lightening fast with excellent results.
