I highly recommend Rachel for any bodywork needed. I have multiple old injuries, chronic pain, and also am super busy and get stressed out from day to day things. Rachel is so intuitive with her healing and has alleviated my chronic pain and stress both in my body and energetically. I come out of her office a new refreshed person. She is fantastic.
