The first acne plus cyst appointment she made me wait for almost an hour for a rushed 5-10 mins meeting where she did not offer any new insights except asking me to use an old medication and suggesting surgical removal of a sebaceous cyst. She insisted I need to book a separate cosmetic appointment for follow up acne scars after 3 months without mentioning there is a fee for cosmetic appointment. Dr Ruppel is a wonderful doctor. She treated a condition on my face with the utmost care by explaining everything from how the procedure might feel to how my recovery will unfold. Her calm professional demeanour made me feel relaxed during what is an uncomfortable procedure. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
