Rachel is amazing! Efficient, responsive, direct. I love it! I usually don't like most realtors because they have a slimy energy about them - that is absolutely NOT Rachel. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachel to help me find a home in Ann Arbor. Rachel was wonderful in our search for a home. She made the process very simple and straightforward, and we really felt like everything was covered the whole time. She also struck the perfect balance of giving helpful opinions on things we would not have thought of, given this was going to be our first home, while also not ever being pushy. I felt like she "got" what we were looking for early on. She made the negotiation super simple as well. I would recommend her to anyone and work with her again in a heartbeat.
We were totally impressed with all Rachel did to help us sell our house on the Old West Side of Ann Arbor quickly and efficiently. She gave us spot-on advice about what to do and also what we didn't need to do before we put our house on the market. Rachel went above and beyond to get me the house I wanted! She was always available via phone or text, and even once left a baseball game early to show me a home. There was no slacking with this awesome realtor; she made sure to stay on top of everything throughout the deal, with the sellers and my mortgage company, and kept me up to date during the whole home buying process.
