Absolutely do not buy any listing/list any properties with this agent. Disgustingly unethical behavior. Recently purchased a listing from this agent. At first I was incredibly excited. The house was relatively kept up, some scuffs and chips in paint but nothing major. I was under the understanding the sellers needed a quick close as they were also purchasing another home. Meeting and working with Rachel on selling our condo and buying our first house was the biggest blessing. I have never met anyone who works so hard and truly cares about her clients.
