I've been calling them for weeks. My neuro surgeon has called multiple times. I've filled out their forms on the website... I can't get anyone to call me back and make an appointment. I've been in desperate need of a pain block. The physician assistant has been told, "Oh we have all his information, we'll call him when we're ready." Dr Roberts injected into both my knees 7-9-25 and was the first time I had met her at Alabama Pain. She has great bedside manner and I experience no pain even with a knee she could barely get the needle through because of a tight joint. I will definitely use her if needed.
Dr. Roberts and her team really care about my pain. I felt like I was listened to and taken serious. I really appreciate her.
