Proactively͏ Fantastic! I had worked previously with Holly's realtor parents, so they're the first ones I called when I needed to sell my home. First time meeting and working with Holly. She let me know what I needed to do to get the best price. She is realistic about the market and speaks plainly and truthfully about what to expect. We settled on an asking price.
