Dr. Rachel Nelson is wonderful — very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I’ve always had great experiences with her. However, this time I had an uncomfortable interaction with the office staff while scheduling my yearly mammogram. When I was asked what days and times I preferred, I mentioned that I work for the school system and would prefer a later appointment in the day. From the front desk to the assistant to Dr. Nelson, everyone was friendly and kind! Dr. Nelson does an excellent job making her patients feel comfortable. She completed the exam efficiently.
Dr Nelson listens carefully and provides and honest assessment of the medical options. She has been great for peri/menopausal symptom relief.
Front office staff were extremely kind and helpful with getting my appointment set up. They were so welcoming when I arrived at the office and made me feel comfortable for my first gynecologist appointment. Dr Nelson is so personable, caring and a great listener. She explained everything she was going to do throughly beforehand, always made sure I was comfortable and even went as far to draw out a diagram in her office to make sure I understood what was happening. Could not recommend Dr Nelson and this practice more!
I was very nervous to meet a new Dr and be in a new office in general. The office staff I loved immediately! They were so welcoming and introduced themselves and assured me that I would like Dr. Nelson. Check in was fast and put me at ease. The nurse was awesome and I really enjoyed meeting the Dr. She was welcoming and took her time and she was very understanding. I am so happy to have found a Dr that I can trust and rely on. 10 out of 10 for sure!
