I was looking forward to see Dr. Pritzker for the second opinion on diagnosis of androgenic alopecia … after 45 minutes finally got called in … an assistant came first , took all information and said to wait … after another Hour Dr Pritzker walked in without an apology … I had all blood work and my androgenic alopecia scans ready . Dr quickly took a look at the results and said to take a Minoxidil topically … I asked about hair wash and hair coloring ( I was very concerned about ) … while I was trying to address my concerns ... read more
Dr. Pritzker is wonderful! She's attentive, friendly and knows what she's doing. I've struggled with red blotchy skin my entire adult life and the laser treatments she recommended have helped tremendously. She also did a great job with Dypsort and fillers. I refer everyone to her!
I was evaluated for acne vulgaris & waited for nearly 30 minutes just sitting there in the room. She did a full body exam & said I need a mole removed? OK, sure. She then recommended 3 different topical cream’s for my acne & said I could buy them from her office instead of from the pharmacy(?). OK, I guess so. I went to check out at the front desk to pay my usual co-pay & the bill was $400! Out of pocket! She apparently doesn’t go through insurance!?! What a scam! Only looking to make an extra $
This isn't about her as it is about the person that answered the phone. She placed me on hold so I can see if they accepted my insurance. After about 5 minutes she hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and she kept putting me in voicemail. I'll find someone else to go to. First impressions and all. Very rude!
Dr. Pritzker is the BEST. I have had several medically recommended treatments for skin cancer and can not be happier with each step of the process. Dr. Pritzker has a compassionate yet no-nonsense and professional demeanor which has provided me with great ease during each stage of my treatment(s). I feel as though she appreciates me as a patient and is willing to take extra steps to assure that I am as confident in her talents as she is. Thank you Dr. Pritzker and CCS&D staff!
She is always cheerful, fast, and extremely competent.
