I am very happy and pleased I have found a caring nurse practitioner to handle my medical needs takes time with her patients does not make you feel rushed. I definitely feel I am in good hands. I would definitely recommend her if anyone is looking for a knowledgeable caring care provider.
This was a horrible visit. I have never been so marginalized in my life. I mean when I come in and want to talk about one health subject, my weight she decided to escalate a verbal argument with me about my weight and she didn't even put me on a scale? how can you talk to me and be critical of my weight when you didn't even weigh me on a scale. This is egrigous behavior and her belitting and berating me made me feel less then or not worthy of any kind of health care. I also felt she was misguiding me on my health journey.
Rachel is caring, thorough, educated and takes the time to listen and address concerns. She also is very easy to talk to and explains things at the level that is needed. I am so thankful to have found her to care for my dad who has multiple medical needs after moving him from Florida and organizing his care to get him back on his feet. She is so easy to talk to and the staff is phenomenal. Thank you
