Hands down the best eye Dr. She is very sweet and caring she takes time to explain things and she has a very amazing staff as well.
I have known Dr Morgan personally, but not a patient, until an emergency this week. I called her office, she was off with her family, but conscientious staff contacted Rachel. I was immediately called back with a time Dr Morgan would meet me for treatment. This attention to detail & care is unusual, & highly appreciated.
