Rachel is a very nice person. But the popcorn is just not that good to me, or my sister. My sister and I were able to taste test the popcorn before buying. We weren't satisfied. But we purchased popcorn to support the shop. Shirley popcorn also sucks. Lol I really wish popcorn shops not located in Chicago Il, stop calling their Cheese, Caramel mix. The Chicago Mix. Lived in Chicago 38yrs. None of you shops have nothing on the shops in Chicago who makes the original Chicago mix. Been in Ohio for a year. Have not found a good ... read more
Shirleys popcorn is much better. Their flavors are not executed well. Clumpy spices, too much salt/flavoring and prices are high for the quality. Not the worst, but not good enough to go back. The help was also too busy playing on the computer to give us first timers much attention. There are plenty of other places that deserve my money. Not recommended.
