This is the best massage I have ever experienced. I went from feeling like I just wanted to sit/lay down the rest of the evening to feeling great and getting outside to do yardwork when I got home. Best way I can describe it is that Rachel pays attention to what she feels in each muscle/joint group and specifically manipulates the problem area vs massaging over areas in general.
Great massage therapist located in Plainwell! She used red light therapy and her indepth knowledge on the body to deliver a personalized approach to my overall wellness!
