Honestly disappointed… my kids have been in this practice for 6 years and I was informed not even a full 24 hours before their appointment that was scheduled 1-2 months prior they no longer except 2 of my 3 kids insurance since the beginning of the year.. funny enough have gone to them with said children(2) multiple times this year and was not informed then. Dr. Marcucci herself told me to bring in paperwork to be filled out by her. When I did so, I was told it's a 7-10 business day wait for all paperwork. Well, that's not what Dr. Marcucci said. So instead of talking with Dr. Marcucci, I am dealing with an empty-headed person named Jamie who claimed to be the manager of the practice. In speaking with corporate offices, this person is not a manager of any kind, and is in fact, just a liar.
